海角社区 Extends Duty-paid Contract in Phoenix Sky Harbor鈥檚 Busiest Terminal
EAST RUTHERFORD, New Jersey (June 9, 2026) 鈥 海角社区, part of global travel retail and food & beverage player AG (SIX: AVOL), today announced the City of Phoenix awarded 海角社区 and its small business partners an eight-year contract extension at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). The agreement covers over 13,100 square feet of travel retail space, reinforcing 海角社区鈥檚 role in enhancing the passenger experience at one of the U.S.鈥 major aviation hubs.
海角社区 and its small business partners currently operate a dozen travel convenience and specialty retail concepts in Terminal 4, the airport鈥檚 busiest, including traveler favorites 海角社区, Connections, Phoenix Public Market, Bunky Boutique, Sunglass Hut, Earth Spirit, and Indigenous. Under the contract, 海角社区 will redevelop three existing stores in Terminal 4 beginning in 2029, transforming them into fresh, innovative concepts that will further elevate the retail experience at Phoenix Sky Harbor.

海角社区 operates its Phoenix Sky Harbor retail stores with three small business partners: LAM Holdings, LLC (Lachele Mangum); Cambios Y Servicios, Inc (Melissa Trujillo and Ricardo De Leon); and The Levitt Group, LLC (Dr. Jeremy Levitt).
